1:Technology field

       Bio Armor® is a practical new type packing paper. Especially when it comes down to leather products, textile, garment, toy, sport equipments, electronic products for the effect of anti-mold, waterproof, dampproof,and peculiar smell.

2:Background technology

       In the process of stock, transport and application, leather products, textile, garment, toys, sport equipments, electronic products easily cause bacteria disseminated in the air to propagate, grow then make products to get moldy and bring about peculiar smell. This will affect the products' exterior apperience even endanger human health, expecially it's diffcult to control the change of time, space, stock and transportation condition. Marine transport is easier to make products become damp, moldy, and bring about peculiar smell, then has a strong impact on product quality, and lead to lose directly or indirectly.

3:Invention content

       The purpose of this practical and new type Bio Armor® is to prevent the products from becoming damp, kill bacteria.

       In the process of pulp-moulding, mix positive ion anti-mold agent homogeneously, makes the paper has anti-mold effect. The chemical structure of this described positive ion anti-mold agent is: 

                                                         

        Compared with packing paper in existing technology, this practical new type anti-mold packing paper has the following advantages:

      1.Cationic anti-mold packing paper with cation can initiatively adsorb the anion in the fungus and mildew, then kill them. However the ordinary packing papers doesn't have such effect.

       2.Cationic anti-mold packing paper has long lasting anti-microbial effect. According to test, when temperature=28°C,humidity>90%RH, no thallus or other fungus grow after 14 days test.

Test proved cationic anti-mold packing paper has evident anti-microbial effect to the chaetomium globosum, aspergillus terreus and aspergillus niger.It is effective to prevent mildew and peculiar smell.
